    Isee operates out of Dubai, UAE but we can service clients across the whole region. We also have offices in the UK and the US.

  • How quickly can I access the information?

    The information is available for online viewing in real time (approx. 15minute delay) and if a complaint is raised then an alerts are sent immediately to the manager to action. Reports are sent through email on a daily basis, these will give you an overview of the previous day’s feedback.

  • How user friendly is the software?

    The software has been designed with the user in mind so although the technology behind it all may complex, the user interface is as simple as it needs to be.

  • Will training be provided for team members?

    Training can be delivered to your team. We have tried to make the software as easy to use as possible and we can provide training manuals for your future reference. We can guide your management team in understanding how to analyse the data to aid business transformation.

  • Is the system updated automatically?

    The system will update like another app through the appropriate app store once it has been downloaded.

  • Do I need new hardware?

    You can either install the software on your devices or you can lease tablets from isee. Reports are sent to your chosen email address or mobile phone.

    Isee operates on a modular basis and once you have discussed your requirements with our team, we can recommend which modules would be suitable in helping you to improve your business.

  • How long does it take to set up isee software in our business?

    Our team can come to you when it is convenient. Set up will generally take up to an hour or so depending on the nature and size of your business. The majority of the set-up can be completed off-site with connection to the wi-fi being the only onsite necessity.

  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    No, we operate on a rolling month contract. However we would recommend that in order to see long term improvements you should use our software on a continuous basis.
